It operates based on the centrifugal pump principle, relying on the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller driven by an electric motor. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid in the pump is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge to gain energy, and then leaves the outer edge of the impeller at a high speed to enter the volute pump casing. In the volute pump casing, the liquid decelerates as the flow channel gradually expands, with part of the kinetic energy converted into static pressure energy. Finally, it flows into the discharge pipeline at a relatively high pressure and is delivered to the required location. When the liquid flows from the center of the impeller to the outer edge, a certain vacuum is formed at the center of the impeller. Since the pressure above the liquid level in the storage tank is greater than the pressure at the pump inlet, the liquid is continuously pressed into the impeller, realizing the function of continuously conveying slurry.

Double Pump Casing Structure: The pump body and pump cover adopt a horizontal, vertically split double pump casing design with replaceable metal liners. The liner material is high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, which has strong durability and can be used until worn through, greatly extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs. At the same time, the outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles, facilitating users to flexibly adjust according to actual working conditions.
Bearing Assembly: It adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate. During maintenance, the entire bearing assembly can be disassembled as a whole, making the operation simple and convenient, saving maintenance time and labor costs. The bearing is lubricated with grease, which effectively reduces friction and ensures stable operation of the equipment.
Diverse Shaft Seal Forms: There are various shaft seal types available, including packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, mechanical seal, etc. Among them, the packing seal has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, can adapt to various working conditions, and can be matched with special materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing for corrosive or high-temperature environments; the auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure generated by the impeller and the series auxiliary impeller for sealing, generally used when there is a pressure-fed ore supply and the ore supply pressure is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure. This sealing form can avoid adding shaft seal water, preventing dilution of the slurry, but it will increase a certain power consumption; the mechanical seal has a good sealing effect, but the cost is relatively high, and shaft seal water must be added as required.
Multiple Transmission Modes: Transmission modes include V-belt drive (such as CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR drives), elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, frequency conversion drive device, thyristor speed regulation, etc. V-belt drive can conveniently change the working parameters of the pump, has a wide range of pump selection, and is easy to achieve the required working condition parameters; elastic coupling drive is reliable in operation, has a low failure rate, no speed loss, and high efficiency, but the speed is fixed, which is not suitable for accurately working at the required working condition point. Users can choose the appropriate transmission mode according to actual needs and working condition characteristics.
Good Cavitation Performance: Excellent cavitation performance can effectively avoid performance degradation and component damage of the pump caused by cavitation during operation, ensuring stable operation and service life of the equipment.
High Efficiency: Advanced design and manufacturing processes minimize energy loss during operation, enabling efficient conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy for slurry conveying, reducing energy consumption costs.
Multi-stage Series Technology: Multi-stage series technology can be adopted to meet the needs of long-distance and high-head conveying, expanding its application range. For example, in industries such as mining and metallurgy, slurry can be conveyed to distant processing sites.
Diverse Materials for Flow-through Parts: The flow-through parts (impeller, sheath, guard plate, etc.) are available in a variety of wear-resistant metals, and their depth can be increased. Appropriate materials can be selected according to the abrasiveness and corrosiveness of the conveying medium, effectively improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the parts, and adapting to various harsh conveying conditions, extending the service life of the equipment.
