Optional Impeller Types

1. K-type closed wide-channel impeller: General sludge, seawater & low-solids wastewater, balanced efficiency & passage size.

2. F-type free-flow single-channel impeller: Best anti-winding performance for kitchen waste, straw, plastic & long textile fibers.

3. O-type open impeller: Medium with air bubbles & low-concentration paper pulp.

4. N-type multi-vane impeller: Light suspended solids & clean wastewater, higher hydraulic efficiency.

Overall Structure (Horizontal KWP Model)
1. Volute Casing: Large curved wide flow passage without dead corners to avoid debris deposition; outlet can rotate 360° for flexible installation.

2. Free-flow Non-Clog Impeller: Core anti-block component, single/double channel without partition, can pass solid sphere up to 50% pump diameter and fiber 5 times pump diameter in length.

3. Front Wear Liner: Individually replaceable to cut maintenance cost.

4. Shaft Seal Assembly: Cartridge double mechanical seal with tungsten carbide hard alloy (wear & corrosion resistant) or packing seal; external flushing port optional to prevent fiber winding on shaft sleeve.

5. Heavy Bearing Bracket: Thickened bearings with external grease nipple, low temperature rise under continuous operation.

6. Back Pull-out Structure: Rotor assembly (impeller, shaft, seal) can be pulled out without disconnecting inlet & outlet pipes, fast overhaul.

7. Driving Motor: Standard Y / YB flameproof motor connected via elastic coupling, variable frequency speed control optional.

Working Principle
Medium enters pump chamber axially; motor drives wide-channel impeller to rotate at high speed.

Unlike multi-vane clean water pumps, the unobstructed single channel forms continuous transport path, allowing fibers, plastic bags and soft solids to pass integrally without jamming between vanes. Centrifugal force boosts pressure and discharges medium through side volute outlet. Vortex model generates vortex flow to deliver materials with minimal direct contact between impeller and solids, reducing material damage.

Core Advantages
1. Excellent Anti-Winding & Anti-Clog Performance

Single/double free-flow channel design smoothly passes cloth, plastic, straw and soft debris, solving common blockage failure of ordinary centrifugal pumps.

2. Fast Maintenance with Back Pull-out Design

No pipeline disassembly needed for impeller & seal inspection, drastically shorten downtime.

3. Multiple Installation Options

Horizontal floor standing, vertical inline, self-priming, submersible types for all site conditions; self-priming version max suction lift 5~7m.

4. Multiple Material Options for Versatile Media

Cast iron, SS304 / SS316 / duplex stainless steel for neutral, weak acid & alkali sewage, food slurry and seawater; applicable pH 1~12.

5. Stable Operation & Low Noise

Optimized hydraulic design eliminates severe vortex impact, anti-overload for 24h continuous running.

6. Low Infrastructure Investment

Vertical inline pump directly connects pipeline without separate pump house foundation.

Limitations
1. Inferior abrasion resistance compared with slurry pumps: Only for soft debris & minor fine sand; not suitable for high-hardness, high-concentration ore & steel slag slurry.

2. Hydraulic efficiency of single-channel impeller slightly lower than standard clean water pump.

3. Wear rate of liner & impeller increases when conveying large amounts of sharp hard particles.

Standard Performance Range
- Nominal Diameter: DN40 ~ DN500

- Flow Rate: 5 ~ 6000 m³/h

- Head: 6 ~ 80 m

- Medium Temperature: ≤80℃ (high-temp stainless steel version up to 120℃)

- Max Passable Solid: Sphere diameter ≤50% pump outlet; fiber length ≤5 times pump bore

- Max Solid Content: ≤15% by weight (soft debris)

- Applicable pH: Cast iron 6~8; Stainless steel 1~12

- Max Self-Priming Height (ZW model): 7m

Applicable Industries & Media
1. Municipal Wastewater Treatment: Urban sewage, domestic sludge, septic tank waste, river light silt.

2. Papermaking, Sugar & Food Industry: Paper pulp, bagasse, fruit & vegetable residue, slaughter wastewater, kitchen waste slurry.

3. Biogas & Kitchen Waste Treatment: Straw slurry, fermentation biogas liquid, crushed food waste.

4. Thermal Power FGD System: Dilute lime gypsum slurry, plant impurity wastewater.

5. Chemical & Printing & Dyeing: Mild corrosive fiber-containing wastewater, textile sewage.

6. Aquaculture: Fish pond sewage, residual feed sludge.

7. Construction Engineering: Foundation pit sewage, tunnel shield drainage.

Key Selection Guidelines
1. Media with massive cloth, plastic bags, straw & kitchen fibers: Select F-type single free-flow impeller.

2. Minor fine sand & neutral sewage: Cast iron version; acid/alkali & food sanitary service: SS304 / SS316 stainless steel.

3. No fixed pump house & temporary water transfer: ZW self-priming model; submerged tank installation: WQ submersible; pipeline series connection: GW vertical inline pump.

4. Medium with flammable volatile gas (chemical, biogas): Must adopt YB flameproof motor.

5. Reserve 10% margin for flow & head, fiber debris increases pipeline resistance.

6. Strictly forbidden for high-hardness sand, tailings & heavy abrasive ore slurry; choose slurry pump instead.

Daily Maintenance Instructions
1. Flush pump chamber with clean water after every shift to remove residual fibers & residue and prevent impeller winding.

2. Inspect mechanical seal leakage every 3000 running hours; replace regularly under corrosive sewage condition.

3. Refill bearing grease every 500 working hours, keep bearing temperature ≤75℃.

4. Disassemble rear cover periodically to clear wound fibers for heavy fiber working conditions.

5. Fully drain medium inside pump for long-term shutdown, flush with clean water and coat anti-rust grease on shaft seal.
