2. Cr30 Super High-Chrome Alloy: For coarse gypsum slurry with heavy abrasion, service life extended by 50%.

3. 2205 / 2507 / CD4MCu Duplex Stainless Steel: For strong corrosive wastewater with chloride up to 80000ppm.

4. Natural Rubber Liner: For fine particle soft slurry without large hard solids.

5. Silicon Carbide Ceramic Liner: Ultra-fine filtrate with strong corrosion & low abrasion.

Overall Back Pull-Out Structure
1. Pressure-Bearing Volute Casing: Ductile iron single shell, axial suction & radial upward discharge, wide smooth flow channel to avoid gypsum scaling & blockage.

2. Wear & Corrosion Resistant Wetted Core Parts

Wide-channel semi-open impeller, front liner, back liner, volute liner; auxiliary back vanes on impeller reduce slurry leakage into seal chamber, built-in vent holes eliminate mechanical seal dry friction & cavitation.

3. Back Pull-Out Bracket Assembly: Rotor assembly can be pulled out without disconnecting inlet & outlet pipelines for rapid maintenance with minimal production halt.

4. Specialized FGD Mechanical Seal System

Cartridge double-end tungsten carbide mechanical seal with independent low-pressure flushing water circuit, completely prevent gypsum slurry leakage; auxiliary impeller seal for zero leakage optional.

5. Heavy-Duty Oil-Lubricated Bearing Housing: Enlarged oil sump for long-term continuous running; PT100 thermal resistance temperature sensor optional for remote DCS monitoring.

6. Driving Unit: Flexible coupling matched with standard / YB flameproof motor; large power equipped with reduction gearbox, variable frequency drive available for constant flow regulation.

Working Principle

Motor drives main shaft and wide-channel impeller to rotate at high speed. Limestone suspension / gypsum crystal slurry flows axially into pump chamber. Centrifugal force pressurizes acid solid-containing slurry; smooth large-radius flow channel reduces gypsum scaling and particle erosion. Pressurized slurry discharges upward to absorber spray layer for circulation, or delivers to gypsum dewatering & limestone preparation system. Auxiliary back vanes block high-concentration slurry from entering seal cavity, drastically cutting mechanical seal wear & leakage.

Core Advantages
1. Dual Performance: Anti-Abrasion & Anti-Chloride Corrosion

Special FGD high-chrome alloy solves two major defects of ordinary slurry pumps: poor chloride resistance of high-chrome metal and weak abrasion resistance of stainless steel, stable performance under chloride & weak acid slurry environment.

2. Wide Anti-Scaling Flow Channel, Anti-Clogging

CFD two-phase flow optimized hydraulic profile, smooth & spacious channel prevents gypsum crystal accumulation and pump blockage, reducing regular manual cleaning.

3. Back Pull-Out Fast Maintenance, Low Operation Cost

Overhaul without pipeline disassembly, greatly shorten downtime for power plant continuous desulfurization production.

4. Excellent Anti-Cavitation Performance

Impeller vent design & large-bore suction inlet avoid dry running & perforation under low liquid level and frothy bubble-containing slurry inside absorber tower.

5. 24h Long-Term Continuous Operation

Oversized bearing, thickened wetted parts and reinforced sealing system support all-year non-stop circulation for power plant FGD system.

6. Full Range Material Options

Alloy metal, duplex stainless steel, rubber lining and ceramic liner cover all branch working conditions including main circulation, feeding and gypsum discharge pumps.

Limitations

1. Only suitable for fine gypsum / limestone particles, not applicable for heavy impact of large hard ore lumps.

2. Higher initial procurement cost compared with ordinary clean water centrifugal pump under same flow rate.

3. High-grade duplex stainless steel is required for chloride over 80000ppm, raising total investment.

Standard Performance Scope
- Nominal Diameter: DN25 ~ DN1000

- Flow Rate: 4 ~ 18300 m³/h

- Head: 6 ~ 152 m

- Max Medium Temperature: ≤65℃ (custom high-temp version ≤70℃)

- Max Slurry Concentration by Weight: 60%

- Allowable Chloride Ion: ≤20000ppm for A49 alloy; up to 80000ppm for duplex steel

- Applicable pH Range: 4.5 ~ 12

- Max Passable Solid Particle Size: ≤2mm fine gypsum & limestone

- Matched Motor Power: 7.5 ~ 1200kW

Applicable Industries & FGD System Positions
1. Thermal Power Plant (Core Application)

1) Absorber Main Recirculation Pump (Large Bore DT Model): Circulate limestone slurry to spray layer;

2) Limestone Feed Pump: Transfer lime slurry from preparation workshop;

3) Gypsum Bleed Pump: Deliver concentrated tower bottom gypsum slurry to vacuum belt dewaterer;

4) Filtrate recovery pump, emergency slurry pump, wastewater transfer pump.

2. Other Industries

Sintering flue gas desulfurization for steel mill, waste gas purification for aluminum refinery & oil refinery, waste incineration wet desulfurization, chemical acid waste gas treatment.

Key Selection Guidelines

1. Choose DT heavy-duty high-chrome pump for large-flow absorber main circulation; TL mini pump for gypsum discharge & limestone feeding branch line.

2. Adopt 2205 / 2507 duplex stainless steel for desulfurization wastewater & high chloride medium; rubber lined pump optional for low-concentration fine slurry.

3. Reserve 15% margin for flow & head, gypsum crystal increases pipeline friction loss.

4. Equip YB flameproof motor for desulfurization workshop with flammable volatile gas.

5. For medium with particle over 3mm & heavy ore abrasion, select heavy-duty slurry pump instead of FGD pump.

6. Equip oil-lubricated bearing & temperature sensor for all-year continuous running to support DCS remote monitoring.

Daily Maintenance Instructions
1. Keep continuous low-pressure clean flushing water supplied to mechanical seal during operation; dry running without flushing water will burn seal instantly.

2. Flush pump chamber & pipelines thoroughly with clean water after each shift to remove gypsum crystal and avoid channel blockage.

3. Replace lubricating oil every 2000 running hours for oil-lubricated bearing; refill grease every 500 hours for grease-lubricated type.

4. Disassemble periodically to inspect wear of impeller & liners; replace worn parts immediately once abrasion exceeds standard to prevent severe flow & head attenuation.

5. Fully drain slurry inside pump for long-term shutdown, flush all wetted components to avoid gypsum lump jamming rotor; drain all residual water in winter to prevent casing crack.
