Slurry Pump

Slurry Pump

L Series Light-Duty Slurry Pump Full Introduction

L (LR) light-duty slurry pump is horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever double-casing centrifugal slurry pump, an economical lightweight model designed for low-abrasion, low-concentration fine particle slurry, different from heavy-duty AH/HH slurry pump.

- L: Wetted parts of high-chrome metal alloy

- LR: Natural rubber lined version for fine corrosive slurry

Core features: Lightweight structure, high rotating speed, compact size, small footprint and low procurement cost. Only suitable for fine particle slurry with solid weight concentration ≤30%, such as flotation overflow, desulfurization filtrate. Not applicable for coarse ore and high-concentration heavy abrasive slurry.

Model Code Example: 100D-LR100 = discharge diameter (mm); D = bearing frame type; L = light-duty slurry pump; R = rubber lining

HH & HG High Head Slurry Pump Full Introduction

HH High Head Heavy-Duty Slurry Pump

HH series is horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever double-casing high head slurry pump, standard heavy-duty high-pressure slurry pump for long-distance mine slurry transportation. Different from ordinary AH slurry pump (max single-stage head ≤50m), HH single-stage head reaches 15–92m. All wetted parts adopt high-chrome wear-resistant alloy (no rubber liner version), designed for high-hardness coarse particles & high concentration abrasive slurry, and can be connected in series to further boost delivery pressure.

Model Code Example: 3/2D-HH- 3 = 3-inch suction inlet, 2 = 2-inch discharge outlet, D = heavy-duty bearing frame, HH = high head slurry pump

ZJ Series Slurry Pumps: An Excellent Choice for Industrial Conveying

In the industrial field, especially when it comes to the conveying of slurries containing solid particles, a high-performance slurry pump is crucial. The ZJ series slurry pumps, as industry leaders, have become the first choice for many enterprises due to their excellent design, reliable performance, and wide applicability.

Submersible Slurry Pump Full Introduction

Submersible Slurry Pump (Main model: ZJQ / KSQ) is an integrated wear-resistant centrifugal pump with pump and submersible motor coaxial. The whole unit works fully submerged inside slurry, specially designed for transporting high-concentration abrasive solid-liquid mixture with large particles. Different from vertical sump slurry pump and horizontal slurry pump, it is entirely immersed under liquid surface, equipped with bottom agitator impeller, no suction lift limitation and flexible movement. Widely used in dredging, tailings transportation, thermal power ash removal and sand pumping projects.

Vertical Slurry Pump Full Introduction

Vertical slurry pump, also known as submersible vertical slurry pump, is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its pump shaft is vertically installed on the ground, with the motor mounted above the liquid level. Wearing parts such as impeller and volute are submerged into the slurry tank via an extended long shaft. It is specially designed to deliver abrasive solid-liquid mixed slurry containing solid particles, widely used in mines, thermal power plants and environmental sedimentation tanks.

Heavy Duty Horizontal Double Casing Centrifugal Slurry Pump

The AH slurry pump is an efficient and durable centrifugal slurry pump, widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical engineering, power plants, sand pumping, environmental protection, and municipal engineering. It is designed for conveying mixtures of solid particles with slurry and water.
